Notice of Guangyuan Municipal People's Government to Revise Preferential Policies for Guangyuan Municipal Investment Promotion

All country and district people's governments, municipal departments, Guangyuan National Economic and Technical Development Zone, and the Management Committee of Municipal Natural Gas Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park:

In order to further promote the high-quality development of our municipal headquarter economy, the headquarter economy development policies included in Notice of Guangyuan Municipal People's Government to Issue Preferential Policies for Guangyuan Municipal Investment Promotion (GFF [2017] No. 44] shall be partially revised according to relevant policies and our actual situations. The notice is hereby given as follows:

For the newly established and verified headquarter enterprises in Article 7 [Headquarter Economy Development Policies] of Chapter 3 Preferential Policies for Guangyuan Municipal Investment Promotion, from the year they move in, the beneficiary finance will give a reward of 100% of the local retained part in the previous two years, and give a reward of 50% of the local retained part in the last three years according to their contribution to local financial resources that year. The Notice revised is as follows: if the newly established and verified headquarters enterprises develop business beyond Guanyuan from the year they move in, the beneficiary finance will respectively give a reward of 70%, 60%, and 50% of the local retained part in the previous three years, and give a reward of 40% of the local retained part from the fourth year according to their contribution to local city, county and district financial resources that year.”。

In case of any discrepancies with other documents, the Notice shall prevail.

The Notice shall be implemented from the release date, which has the same validity period as the Notice of Guangyuan Municipal People's Government to Issue Preferential Policies for Guangyuan Municipal Investment Promotion (GFF [2017] No. 44]. The Municipal Investment Promotion Board has the right to interpret the Notice.
